Private Villa
For the Private Villa, we brought together a refined mix of secondary steel framing, decorative metal works, metal doors, handrails, stainless-steel elements, and full glass installations, including balustrades, partitions, and custom glazing, across roughly 3,000 SQM. Because this was a high-end villa, there was a need for absolute precision in every detail, navigating restricted access for moving materials, and coordinating our installations with ongoing civil, MEP, and finishing works happening simultaneously. These constraints pushed us to plan carefully, stay flexible on site, and maintain close communication with all teams to keep everything aligned.
