Amaala – Villa Structure
At Amaala’s Villa Structure , we engineered and designed the full internal steel substructure for an 800 sqm, two-storey villa—supporting the GRC exterior, ceiling systems, fire-rated stairs, and multiple bespoke elements such as vanity and furniture frames. The project’s highly customized GRC geometry, which offered almost no tolerance for hidden support paths, made us develop precise, lightweight structural solutions that aligned with every fixing point and maintained the architectural intent without compromising stability or safety, resulting in a clean installation across all components.
